What is Reiki?
Reiki is a life force energy. This relaxing practice aids in soothing the client by entering either a meditative state or a state of deep relaxation. Reiki has shown to aid in emotional regulation, life guidance, and even physical ailments.
A reiki master has been attuned to this life force energy and through training is certified to practice on others. They act as a conduit between this energy and you. This energy is attracted to areas of people that need healing which the reiki master facilities.
Benefits from Reiki
As previously mentioned, reiki can aid in emotional and physical stress. Because this therapeutic practice induces a type of extreme deep relaxation, clients are able to take step back from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and look inwardly. Reiki masters are not therapists but are there to assist in guiding the client to roots of issues of both the body and the mind. While cleaning the client's energy, reiki also helps to direct healing.
"10/10 would recommend and want to do it again myself! My reiki session was amazing! Cat has such a kind and nurturing spirit. She takes her time to make you feel comfortable and truly does a wonderful job! I can’t express through words how our time together helped me! Not only was our session simultaneously relaxing and mind opening but I received some excellent book and yoga recommendations that I’m excited to try out! I took so much away from our session. If you’re interested in trying it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed!! Wish I lived closer so I could experience one of her yoga classes!"
"Cat is a great Reiki master!!! Reiki is a non invasive way to clear toxins from your body and soul ...
A Reiki session for me is like a body cleanse !!
I always feel renewed after and Cat never disappoints!!!"
"This was one of the most valuable experiences I’ve ever had. I had a reiki session with Cat that opened my eyes to all the things I’ve always believed in, but had never seen. Cat has a real gift. I highly recommend this experience and using her. She’s kind and cooperative. Thank you Cat!!"
