Service Description

Sound Bath Sessions will or will not include: Gong, Crystal Bowls, Ocean Drum, Tibetan Bowls, Rain Stick and possibly other sound tools. At the start of each session, brief introduction and over view of how sound healing works, how sound affects the Chakras (energy) & what may or may not occur in your experience. Followed by Breathing Exercises (Pranayama) & some gentle movement & stretching.

Cancellation Policy

30 minutes prior to class to Cancel out of Scheduled Yoga Class or you will be charged $15 for Late Cancel. No shows for class will be charged $15. This is our Studio Yoga Class Scheduling/ Booking Policy. Each client has agreed to these terms in your participation/studio membership contracts which you have agreed to our website when there is a purchase of membership plan or drop in class as well as in your written contract which each client signs prior to their first class in order to activate their plan, class pack, or drop in purchase.
