Soul Journey to the Heart: Exploring Yoga Philosophy and Code of Ethics – 60 min It’s the Yamas & the Niyamas, Y’All!!! Bring a journal, pen, sit on your mat or borrow a studio folding chair and let’s have a heart to heart chat. Suggested to purchase Deborah Adele’s book “The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga’s Ethical Practice,” read and follow along with each class. Not required or necessary to purchase but highly advise it. This book will change your life! Books available in the Studio Boutique Store. All levels. All welcomed. For the curious or those seeking a deeper knowledge about the actual practice of yoga and furthering your own personal growth and development.

Cancellation Policy

30 minutes prior to class to Cancel out of Scheduled Yoga Class or you will be charged $15 for Late Cancel. No shows for class will be charged $15. This is our Studio Yoga Class Scheduling/ Booking Policy. Each client has agreed to these terms in your participation/studio membership contracts which you have agreed to our website when there is a purchase of membership plan or drop in class as well as in your written contract which each client signs prior to their first class in order to activate their plan, class pack, or drop in purchase.
