(4) Weeks – (2.5hr) each Class - Begins July 14, 2024 for (4) Sundays from 9:00AM-10:30AM *Please Note: Mini Workshop Retreat will be hosted at Private Residence. To be respectful of home owners, only one person at a time to enter for use of restroom only. In depth Coverage on Yamas & Niyamas (Yoga Philosophy & Code of Ethics) Optional Reading: Deborah Adele's "The Yamas & the Niyamas" This book is offered in our retail store for $14.00 (Contact studio for more information) 12 Students Max 6 Students Minimum or workshop will be cancelled & refunds returned. (4) Week Yoga Workshop focusing on Fire Fly Yoga & Reiki School’s Motto: “Ignite the Soul! Heal Your Heart!” Each week will be focus on: LOVE, GRATITUDE & ABUNDANCE, FORGIVENESS, SURRENDER Touching upon some yoga philosophy and code of ethics and how that pertains to your own personal growth and healing. Optional Reading: Deborah Adele's "Yamas & Niyamas" Each Class Session will include: (45 min) yoga practice (Slow Flow, Power Flow, Restorative/Yin), Discussion, Self-Exploration, Journaling, some Sound Healing (with Gong/Crystal Bowl(s). Recommended reading, Journal prompts. This workshop is self-discovery, journey looking inward, uncovering the truth of yourself, being open & expanding the heart. Guidance to choosing to live large and not small. Encouraging to be brave by showing vulnerability and compassion not just with yourself but with others too.
