Rest. Relax. Allow Gravity, yoga props & blankets to do the work and support your body. All Level Class bringing attention to restoring and relaxing the body while gently working the body holding (2-3) poses from 5-15 minutes. Wonderful class for the Novice, Beginners, Seniors & anyone battling stress. High recommend for men who struggle with demanding high stress jobs and seeking to decompress. Class may or may not include Aromatherapy with Young Living Essential Oils diffused during Class. Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 Music: Spa, meditative, instrumental, classical Please note: Mobility Issues to Be Aware of Upon Attending this Class: - Knee issues : Please bring a blanket or yoga knee pad to protect your knees. Balance Issues: If you suffer from balance issues, please inform the instructor upon entering the studio. We are not liable if you choose to come to class and risk falling down. Always consult with your medical professional prior to attending any classes. Difficulty Getting Up from the Floor: Please bring a cane or inform the instructor that you will need assistance to get back up once class has completed. If you have medical or mobility issues: - Always consult with your medical professional before attending any yoga class for your own health and safety. All are welcome to attend.

Cancellation Policy

30 minutes prior to class to Cancel out of Scheduled Yoga Class or you will be charged $15 for Late Cancel. No shows for class will be charged $15. This is our Studio Yoga Class Scheduling/ Booking Policy. Each client has agreed to these terms in your participation/studio membership contracts which you have agreed to our website when there is a purchase of membership plan or drop in class as well as in your written contract which each client signs prior to their first class in order to activate their plan, class pack, or drop in purchase.
