Service Description
Guided Meditation Class for 20 minutes (seated or active rest) followed by Gentle Flow & Stretching with Yoga Strap. All Levels! Excellent class for those who would like to explore a deeper meditation practice but is feeling unsure or not yet comfortable to practice at home yet. We would love to guide you in the process.

Cancellation Policy
30 minutes prior to class to Cancel out of Scheduled Yoga Class or you will be charged $15 for Late Cancel. No shows for class will be charged $15. This is our Studio Yoga Class Scheduling/ Booking Policy. Each client has agreed to these terms in your participation/studio membership contracts which you have agreed to our website when there is a purchase of membership plan or drop in class as well as in your written contract which each client signs prior to their first class in order to activate their plan, class pack, or drop in purchase.
