Service Description

A slow paced yoga practice on the mat with a series of postures to gently melt muscle tension and ease emotional stress. Yin Yoga postures are held from 3-5 minutes. This class will also incorporate stretching positions with a yoga strap. All Levels Class. This class is a potpourri of: holding poses, gentle stretching, guided meditation, restorative poses. Suggestion: Great introduction to yoga for the Novice and the Beginner and also a wonderful class for men with high stress and tight hips who need to decompress and to dissipate the stress. Basic Level 1, Level 1+plus (full mobility), All Levels Practice Music: Spa, Meditative, Instrumental, Classical Please note: Mobility Issues to Be Aware of Upon Attending this Class: Knee issues : Please bring a blanket or yoga knee pad to protect your knees. Balance Issues: If you suffer from balance issues, please inform the instructor upon entering the studio. We are not liable if you choose to come to class and risk falling down. Always consult with your medical professional prior to attending any classes. Difficulty Getting Up from the Floor: Please bring a cane or inform the instructor that you will need assistance to get back up once class has completed. If you have medical or mobility issues: Always consult with your medical professional before attending any yoga class for your own health and safety.

Cancellation Policy

30 minutes prior to class to Cancel out of Scheduled Yoga Class or you will be charged $15 for Late Cancel. No shows for class will be charged $15. This is our Studio Yoga Class Scheduling/ Booking Policy. Each client has agreed to these terms in your participation/studio membership contracts which you have agreed to our website when there is a purchase of membership plan or drop in class as well as in your written contract which each client signs prior to their first class in order to activate their plan, class pack, or drop in purchase.
