Cheap Crappy Coffee, Anyone? Come get a cup & Get on your mat! Start your pre-work day with some wake up yoga! This class has a little bit of everything: meditation, breath, dynamic/slow flow, stretch, balance and maybe even a little restoration and yin. Every morning will be a little different like digging for the cereal box prize. If you are looking for a class that offers active and restful poses, this is the one for you! Level 1+plus, Level 2, Level 3 Music: Mixed Tapes - vibrant, maybe active beat, maybe spa/instrumental, who knows what music the morning shall bring! Please Note: This class is not for beginners, not for anyone with a recent injury or unhealed injury, not for anyone with mobility issues. All are welcomed to attend.

Cancellation Policy

30 minutes prior to class to Cancel out of Scheduled Yoga Class or you will be charged $15 for Late Cancel. No shows for class will be charged $15. This is our Studio Yoga Class Scheduling/ Booking Policy. Each client has agreed to these terms in your participation/studio membership contracts which you have agreed to our website when there is a purchase of membership plan or drop in class as well as in your written contract which each client signs prior to their first class in order to activate their plan, class pack, or drop in purchase.
