About the Event
A tender and pleasant yoga practice while sitting in a chair or holding a chair for stability and support. Traditional yoga poses modified with the use of chair. Great class to maintain mobility with the help of a chair. A focus on breathing into the diaphragm. Chair yoga is an excellent class for the novice and very beginner beginners, seniors, limited mobility or someone currently rehabbing an injury. A wonderful class to ease into yoga and vinyasa practice and to learn the physical shape and become familiar with the names of the poses.
Basic Level 1, Seniors, Mobility issues, Brand new to yoga
Music: Spa music, classical, vintage mellow.
